Saturday on the Streets

I was out in precinct 44360... \o/ Whoa!  a sliver of the 95817 that is on the West side of the 99.  Crashing the Inventors gathering at the Capsity offices and mingling in the music being performed at the cafe across from Gunther's Ice Cream - That street so dynamic.  These businesses could truly be duplicated throughout the area - and would be obvious catalysts to future development.  Yeah it needs to be done!
